Terms of Service

1. Operator & Scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Orbit CRM cloud platform, hosted at orbit-suite-crm.app. The service is owned and operated by Infinity Consciousness Europe SIA ("Company", "we", "us"), registered in Riga, Latvia (Registration No. 50203642241).
2. Software License & Workspaces
Orbit CRM grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable subscription license to access our multi-workspace customer relationship management tools, sales pipelines, contact management, form capture, and outreach utilities.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities carried out inside your workspace.
3. Billing, Merchant of Record & Taxes
All subscription order processing, billing, tax collection, and customer invoicing are securely managed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd("Paddle", Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, UK).
By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's checkout terms and conditions. European Union B2B customers with a valid EU VAT ID outside Latvia receive zero-rated reverse charge invoices (Art. 196 Directive 2006/112/EC). Subscriptions renew automatically at the specified monthly or annual frequency unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Cancellation & Money-Back Guarantee
You may cancel your subscription at any time with one click through the in-app Billing Settings or the Paddle Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, your workspace remains fully operational until the end of your prepaid billing period.
We offer a no-questions-asked 14-day money-back guarantee on initial purchases. To request a full refund, contact support within 14 days of your initial checkout.
5. Customer Data & Privacy
You retain all ownership rights in the contacts, notes, deals, and customer data uploaded to Orbit CRM. We do not sell or monetize your proprietary CRM information. Data processing details are described in our Privacy Policy.
